Graphite Drawing Rates

Custom graphite drawings are reproductions of photographs that you supply. Prices include one individual (a pet is considered an individual) per portrait.

All drawings are done on heavy acid-free paper, made entirely with the use of renewable wind power energy.

Drawings can be done on any size paper. Please contact me for the cost of a custom size.

The steps to obtaining your own commissioned graphite piece are as follows:

1. Send the 4x6 photograph that you wish to have drawn to the artist.

Hard copies are better than digital- contact for address information.

Make sure the photo is clear and exactly what you want drawn.

You will receive your photo back along with the drawing upon completion.

2. Free consultation with the artist to ensure your vision is understood.

3. Once cost is established, 50% will be due in order for the project to get underway.

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (through PayPal).

4. Once completed, you will verify, by way of email image, (or in person if you are local) that you are happy with the piece.

5. Once accepted, the other 50% is due and your artwork will be delivered to you.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs if needed.

If local (Colorado Springs, CO area), the artist will happily deliver your piece to you.

As with all reproductions, the artist will not reproduce a photograph without a written copyright release from the photographer. If you took the picture yourself, this does not apply. I can help you through this process- it is simple but imperative for your protection. Click here to view the form you need to have filled out by the photographer. For most professional-looking document, request a copy by email as opposed to printing the form off this site.
